 Job Purpose Statement:

The job holder is responsible for spearheading the management and facilitation of customer resale services for plots, houses and other real estate instruments. The Coordinator sets the foundation for scalable, compliant and customer centric resale operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensures smooth execution of resale transactions.
  • Customer relationships management.
  • Inter – departmental coordination to drive a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end resale processes from client onboarding to title transfer.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and resolve transactional bottlenecks.
  • Manage documentation, including land titles, sale agreements, and consent forms.
  • Schedule and supervise property site visits with prospective buyers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Register and profile clients seeking resale services.
  • Conduct consultative sessions to guide clients through resale procedures.
  • Maintain regular updates with clients and provide after-sales support.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Verify ownership documents, legal requirements, and tax obligations.
  • Work with legal teams to ensure adherence to Kenya’s property laws.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions.

Market Intelligence & Process Development

  • Assist in pricing strategies through competitive market analysis.
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for resale.
  • Collaborate with ICT, legal, and marketing departments to streamline processes.

 Due Diligence & Legal Coordination

  • Authenticate property documents and verify seller/buyer identities.
  • Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with client expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with terms of the sales agreements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze and present performance data weekly/monthly.
  • Input and manage data in CRM systems.
  • Generate insights for pricing, marketing, and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in property resale or real estate coordination
  • Knowledge of Kenya’s land laws and VAT compliance

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and CRM system skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of VAT handling, property documentation, and due diligence processes.
